PROJECT TYPE: Concrete Sidewalk Replacement
To Whom this may concern:
The City of Stanton (OWNER) is seeking a qualified contractor to remove and replace 530 lineal feet of concrete sidewalk, and to install 130 lineal feet of “new” concrete sidewalk in the City of Stanton. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. All bids must be submitted to the City of Stanton, 225 S. Camburn St, P.O. Box 449, Stanton MI 48888 by 3:00 p.m. on July 7, 2021. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “sidewalk”. Contractor to submit a price per square foot, to remove and install 4”,6”, and 8” thick concrete sidewalk. Contractor to enclose with bid proposal, a copy of current liability and workers compensation insurance. Contractor will be required to sign a waiver of lien, and verification that sub-contractors and supplies have been paid. Work to begin August 9, 2021, and be completed by November 1, 2021.
