The Department of Public Works is responsible for the maintenance and general up-keep of the City streets, storm sewer drains, and detention basins, buildings, public grounds, cemetery, street trees, sidewalks, brush and leaf removal, waste water treatment, parks maintenance and water and sewer mains.
