NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND SPECIAL MEETING
The Stanton Planning Commission will be holding a public hearing followed by a special
meeting on June 29, 2022 at 5:30PM to discuss the following:
1.) Rezoning of parcel 053-540-005-00 (710 E. Main St.)
2.) Special land use (SLU) permit for Lake Life Farms (207 E. Main St.)
Nature of rezoning: Request to rezone from R-1 (residential) to C-2 (commercial).
Nature of SLU: Application for marijuana provisioning center.
Subject Property (1): 710 E. Main St.
Subject Property (2): 207 E. Main St.
Anyone interested in submitting written comments, reviewing a map of the proposed change, or
reviewing the SLU may do so at City Hall Monday through Friday 8AM – 5PM.
