City, Village and Township Revenue Sharing
The Michigan legislature established the City, Village and Township Revenue Sharing (CVRTS) program to simplify the past Economic Vitality Incentive Program (EVIP). Each eligible governmental unit must meet all of the requirements of Accountability and Transparency in order to receive the full CVRTS payment.
