Residential Garbage Collection Changes for Stanton Residents
Stanton, Michigan, SEPT. 15, 2020 – The City of Stanton’s residential garbage collection service provider, Republic Services, will alter pick-up day for residential customers beginning Friday, September 25, 2020. This modification is part of the organization’s rerouting of over 16,000 customers and to better service all of their customers.
Residential pickup for Stanton customers will switch from a Thursday pickup to a Friday pickup beginning the week of September 21, 2020. Residential customers with cart pickup should have received a postcard via postal mail and a reminder call from Republic’s auto-dialer system.
For questions, please call Republic Services at 877-698-7274. Any customer who experiences a missed collection during this transition should contact Republic Services immediately for a return pickup.
