Please take notice that the Stanton City Commission will conduct a public hearing to afford citizens an opportunity to submit comments on a 2019 grant application to the Michigan Natural Resource Trust Fund (MNRTF). The application will request up to $300,000 for improvements at the Veterans Memorial Park located at 710 North State Street. Improvements include a new playground, accessible parking lot, disc golf course and a connector trail to the Fred Meijer Heartland Trail.
The public hearing will be held on Tuesday, March 26, 2019 at 7:30 p.m. in the Community Room at Stanton City Hall, 225 S. Camburn, Stanton, Michigan. Additional information on the application is available for inspection during normal business hours at the City Manager’s Office.
