The City of Stanton Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider a proposed ordinance to amend the Zoning Ordinance for the City of Stanton.

Proposed ordinance: “AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE ZONING MAP FOR THE CITY OF STANTON AS ADOPTED BY CHAPTER 4 SECTION 4.02 OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE FOR THE CITY OF STANTON BY REZONING THE PROPERTY COMMONLY KNOWN AS 714 E. MAIN STREET.”
The proposed ordinance would rezone the real property, commonly known as 714 E. Main Street, Stanton, Michigan 48888 (PPN 053-540-012-00) from R-1 (Single Family Residential) to C-R (Commercial Residential).
The proposed ordinance and revised zoning map may be inspected and examined at City Hall Monday through Friday 8a.m. – 5p.m. until the close of the public hearing or any adjournment thereof.
