General Information
The City of Stanton has currently authorized the operation of an unlimited number of State licensed medical and recreational marihuana businesses within its bounds. Please refer to the following regulatory and zoning ordinances which have been adopted by the Stanton City Commission for complete rules and procedures. Note: These ordinances do not authorize the consumption of marihuana at any business, nor in public.
